You will be required to:
- Generate your own business - use sales, business development and marketing techniques in order to attract business from clients' companies;
- Deliver a professional service to your clients using our extensive tools and methodologies;
- Creatively source and network with professional & highly skilled individuals;
- Work in a fast-paced environment with an ability to multi-task;
- Active participation in team development;
- Advertise vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media;
- Offer advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression.
The ideal candidate would have:
- working experience in a technical or sales role with IT/Telecom solutions or experience in recruitment to IT/Telecom market
- sales skills
- a professional telephone manner
- very good command of English
- excellent organisational skills
- a positive outlook and bags of personality
