For our Client, Shared Service Centre of a multinational company, we are now recruiting for the following position:

-To lead and participate in internal audit projects in Europe
-Lead and participate in advisory and consulting projects in area of accounting and compliance
-Manage project team members, build positive relations and teamwork
-Provide trainings internally and externally, identify improvements

-To assure high quality and efficiency of projects according to set requirements

-At least 2 years of professional experience in Finance/Audit areas

-Advanced accounting knowledge (Polish GAAP, IFRS or US GAAP)

-Understanding of internal control requirement

-Fluent English

-Ongoing or finished ACCA/CIA/CPA qualification is an advantage

-Experience in leading projects or teams

-Analytical quick acting mind

-Ability to work in multicultural environment

-Excellent communication skills, experience in cooperation with client's senior management is a plus
