Currently we are looking for Payroll Team Leader for new HRO project.
- 3 years of experience
- Graduated (HR Specialization preferred)
- SAP knowledge (will be an advantage)
- Experience in Polish context
- Ability to work in a global HR environment. Payroll processing
- Experience in HR process outsourcing (helpdesk, payroll etc)
- Knowledge of global HR policies & Practices
- Prior Team Management Experience required (preferably in BPO/SSC)
- Proficiency in Polish and English in business
- Ability to ensure appropriate and efficient case resolution
