Our Client is one of the largest BPO Service Providers on a Global Delivery Platform.
Currently we are looking for Payroll Team Leader.
The role will include the main duties such as:
- Lead team of Payroll processors
- Resolve Customer Cases and work on escalated cases
- Assist team members to research and solve customer cases
- Discuss cases with specialists to find solutions
- Train and develop team members
- Create developmental plans for each team member
- Recognize and reward quality performance
- Conduct quality monitoring for Team
- Ensure Team meets audit and compliance requirements
- Prior Team Management Experience required (preferably in BPO/SSC)
- Graduated (HR Specialization preferred)
- SAP knowledge (will be an advantage)
- Experience in Polish Payroll context
- Ability to work in a global HR environment. Payroll processing
- Communicative English
- Experience in HR process outsourcing (helpdesk, payroll etc)
