As a member of a quality assurance expertise group you will be responsible for:
- overall coordination of work around process standardisation for 3 major territories participating in Katowice office
- managing the preparation of office user guides and ensuring their alignment with global guidelines
- proposing changes, modifications and improvements to standard processes in order to maximise efficiency of work and promote quality through consistency
- close liaison with country operational managers
- ensuring appropriate communication to office staff on process related matters
- liaison with SDC HC/L&E functions as regards preparation and availability of training materials and training calendars
- communication and building relationship with other offices
- Experienced manager with a minimum 6 years work experience including at least 1 year as an audit manager and a good understanding of audit regulation and methodology
- University degree
- Fluent knowledge of English; any other foreign language will be an asset
- Strong drive to achieve challenging business goals
- Capability of working independently
- Attention to details
- Ability to adapt quickly
- Experience of achieving deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal, communication skills
