For our client, one of the first and the biggest outsourcing center in Poland, we are currently looking for ambitious individuals for the position of:
- Managing the dedicated Project Accounting team
- Responsible for performance monitoring
- Responsible for desire outcome of the process
- Have a supportive approach towards the Project Managers, Finance and Business Control Teams
- Support the Project Managers in budget, invoicing and cost control
- Analyzing the team's work - reporting to the countries
- Making sure that the team members have required and needed knowledge
- Active information distribution to team members
- Managing KPIs and perform necessary actions when the actual level is below the target
- Very good German, good English
- Experience in Finance & Accounting and/or Controlling area
- Very good analytical skills
- Background in Accounting/Finance/Economics
- Client focused attitude
- Teamwork approach
- High motivation
