Our client is the world’s leading EAM/ERP solutions provider with an extensive portfolio of software and services.
The Project (Program) manager will be responsible for managing comany’s complex implementation projects delivered in time, on budget and of the necessary quality.
Manages complex multimillion implementation projects (programs) mainly in the ERP area for clients preliminary based in Russia and CIS;
Participates in contract negotiation/ pre-sale stage;
Responsible for all commercial activity within projects from contract signature through to final account settlement;
Manages peer-level client relations (expectations, communications, negotiations, escalation, feedback, etc.) at every project stage;
Develops effective relationships with key client stakeholders and client executives and ensures appropriate level of participation throughout engagement;
Forms and manages project teams; provides vision, purpose, direction and motivation to the team; clarifies and communicates program objectives and success criteria; sets the standard on the team for quality of work;
Ensures the use of best practices and lessons learned from previous projects;
Mentors and develops the team to improve their professional and personal skills;
Manages project finance; understands legal issues of an engagement;
In cooperation with colleagues from the sales team, identifies key areas and potential business for development;
Constant search for opportunities for development of relationships with current clients; helping to develop new business by means of expertise growth;
Active participation in company global consulting practice, cooperation with consultants and experts based in other company’s locations, sharing expertise and knowledge with global teams.
Education
University degree in Computer Science or Economics;
Fluent in Russian and English;
Professional background and experience
Profound project management experience gained highly preferably in a client-service company delivering complex multimillion software implementation/ system integration or IT Consulting projects;
Extensive client management experience with primary accountability for peer-level client relationships at the executive level;
Led diverse teams in dynamic and fast-paced environment;
Experienced several full project lifecycles from business development to final delivery;
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaniously (preferably in an integrated program); developing and monitoring project timelines and budget;
Experience gained in different European countries is highly desirable.
