Our client is the world's leading supplier of software that optimizes process manufacturing.
The company provides solutions for various industries (petrol, chemical, energy etc.) and various disciplines such as Engineering, Supply Chain, Advanced process control, Production management & execution, Supply & distribution.
- Opening, qualifying and closing sales opportunities mainly with large customers in the energy/refining/chemical market,
- Develop a sales pipeline to support future sales and business planning,
- Manage the day to day sales process in the nominated accounts and provide sales management with timely account updates, sales forecasts and lead the account planning activities with other worldwide team members,
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales quota,
- Work as a team member on sales efforts involving global account opportunities,
- Develop and maintain customer contacts at assigned accounts,
- travel is expected at 50% of time.
- Education: Degree Qualified in IT or Engineering preferred,
- Considerable experience selling Enterprise Solutions and Professional Services to the energy/refining/chemical industries with a well established sales network in the Central European region,
- Specific Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Manufacturing Supply Chain systems is highly desirable,
- The candidate will be required to have a consultative selling approach,
- Proficient at establishing and cultivating "C" level consultative relationships,
- Excellent written and oral communication skills,
- Personal computer literacy,
- Self-discipline and motivation to produce results with indirect supervision.
