Our client is the world’s leading EAM/ERP solutions provider with an extensive portfolio of software and services.
The Solution Architect is responsible for concrete steps in developing company’s solutions for the Mining & Energy industry, analysing and designing solutions according to specific client problems and requirements, promoting solutions on the market as a part of the sales process to new and current clients
Work with the solution:
Identifying the customer business value from the use of company’s solutions and forming solutions architecture in line with the needs;
Formulating business cases in order to determine the client’s return on investment;
Work with the customer:
Acts as pre-sales interface to clients through and with the sales terms;
Obtains an understanding of the client’s needs, who the completion is, and how much effort is required to obtain the work and what the major risks are;
Analyses client requirements and develop solutions to sell to this client, and refine a workable value proposition;
Prepares the proposal for the client indicating clearly the work to be done and the costs involved; compile value propositions to address the client’s company specific challenges;
Develops solid business relationship with the buying company;
Designs, executes and leads company solution demonstrations of applicable business process in the Minining industry;
Supports the delivery phase as a subject matter expertProfessional Background and Experience:
Deep understanding of the business processes in the mining and/or energy industry gained either in a software vendor/ solution consulting or system integrator or on a “client’s side” in the area of IS development;
Understanding of information systems impact on the mining business; ability to identify value gained by customers by implementing information systems;
Successful experience in a pre-sales role is desirable;
Profound experience in business processes modeling
Ability to work at several deals simultaneously.
Education:
University degree is required.
Languages:
Fluent in Russian and strong in English.
