Project Management - Project planning and execution
Well versed with .NET and related technologies like WCF, WPF, ADO.NET etc.
Leading software development team of 5 to 8 resources
Managing Quality Analysis and Business Analysis
Resource estimation and hiring
Team administrative tasks
Writing techno function business proposals for prospective clients by liaising with Domain / functional specialist
Concept to Delivery - Creating proposals from RFPs and short set of requirements
Should be able to provide valuable insights into high level architecture design for software projects
Good working knowledge of - MS Project, MS Visio and MS OfficeMA degree in IT/Engineering.
Additional qualification in finance field like Project Management Professional, CFA, FRM would be preferred
Experience in Project Management - Minimum 2 years as a Project Manager
Worked as a Developer for minimum of 5 years
Total Experience 7 to 8 years
Skills required:
Technical: C++ or C++ and .Net
Business/Domain Skills: Knowledge of various derivatives products (familiar) and related business workflows
Soft skills:
Strong communication skills,
Self starter
Should be able to work independently without minimal supervision
Strong team player and strong on individual contribution as well
