Currently, to our Business Process Outsourcing Center in Kraków we are looking for candidates for the position of:

System Administrator English Speaker

We are looking for a system administrator to work mainly with our IT Service Management system, and also with other supporting systems of a similar nature.

You will work in a team of very competent colleges with the responsibility to maintain and administrate the IT Service Management systems and servers. You will be based in our Krakow office in Poland and you will report from an operational perspective to the solution manager for our internal tools.

You will start off with an introduction to get knowledge of the internal processes and the internal systems. And then you will receive system administration training for all the supporting systems.

Job Description:

• Daily maintenance of the supporting systems
• Act as IT Service Management support for the rest of the company, take care of internal requests
• Make sure that the Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) against our customers are followed
• Take care of upgrades of the supporting systems
• Document the processes for the daily maintenance
• Lead projects to improve availability and performance for the supporting systems

Candidate's profile:

• Excellent English skills
• At least 3 years experience in working in a support or maintenance organization
• Experience in problem solving, and technical capability and interest in IT
• As a person you are motivated with high ambitions as well as structured and team oriented
• Good presentation skills
• Client and value adding mindset
• Open mind and positive attitude
• Good social and communicative skills
• Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working
• Ability to take own initiatives and be the driving force within the team
• It’s a merit if you have experience from ERP, workflow, ticketing, CRM or similar systems
• It’s a merit if you have previous experience in project management
• It´s a merit if you have general database and or SQL experience
• It´s a merit if you have programming or script development skills
• It´s a merit if you have excel skills
