This great career opportunity offers exposure to diversified projects. The primary role of the selected candidate will be as a benefits analyst for Aon Hewitt’s Global Benefit Survey. In addition, the candidate will support the implementation of Aon Hewitt’s Global Benefits Solution (a platform providing employee benefit administration in all geographies) for some of our clients. Finally, the candidate may also be involved in more traditional global benefits work such as benefit audits, multi-country benchmarking, multi-national pooling studies and pool management, global benefits management and coordination, financial projections of benefits valuations, compensation reviews, captive studies and financial management. The employed person will also work closely with the clients.  

Priority will be given to candidates with benefits experience in an HR consulting firm or professional services firm. We also value demonstrated consultative skills to effectively work in a cohesive team environment as well as the ability to communicate with a variety of internal and external parties. Other requirements include: Bachelor’s degree (mathematics, finance, economics or other degrees where quantitative skills are required is preferred) Good English skills and one of selected language: German, French or Spanish is a significant advantage Analytical ability Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple projects in as fast-paced and time-sensitive environment Working knowledge of employee benefits will be an advantage Demonstrated interest in the global environment, other cultures and languages
