Our client, a multinational company from Lodz, is urgently seeking a Customer Service Specialist with Dutch. A successful candidate will be responsible for resolution of queries from internal and external customers regarding supplier invoices and payment status. His/her duties will also include providing education and support to suppliers regarding invoice submission, non-compliance to reduce rejected and blocked invoices.
Wymagania:An ideal candidate for this vacancy has good English and Dutch language skills. Previous professional experience in customer service or accountancy area would be an asset. We are looking for candidates with strong interpersonal skills, stress resilient and goal - oriented.
