Consultant will be responsible for acting as first point of contact for all customer queries. Responsibilities: - Customer Contact Handling - Network and e-mail accounts administration - Daily check tasks - Taking parts in a various projects
Wymagania:proficiency in Czech, good command of the English language, knowledge of various software and applications (minimum: Windows environment and MS Office package) , interpersonal skills crucial for working at customer service centre such as: excellent communicativeness, orderliness , self-reliance, analytical skills , readiness to work flexible hours, customer orientation, teamwork, resilience for stress.
