For our client, an international Real Estate company based in Warsaw and included in the Fortune 500 due to rapid grow we are currently looking for the Data & Portfolio Analyst.

The Data & Portfolio Analyst will provide advice to corporate occupiers of commercial real estate who are seeking to optimise business performance by releasing the value within their property portfolio and aligning real estate strategy to corporate business strategy.

Other responsibilities will include:
- Provide reporting on key performance indicators,
- Data integrity, process review and development, and the continuous communications with all report users as well as performing all changes required to the data,
- Maintain data related to projects and existing initiatives,
- Curate data from a variety of databases across the company about client portfolios,
- Analyze and report on portfolio performance and composition,
- Design, generate, review and understand reports by using aggregate data from multiple sources to create a complete analysis, improvement and/or recommendation,
- Annual Report support and development.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the natural sciences (computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering or other),
- Real Estate or related reporting experience will be big asset,
- Very good English,
- Good knowledge of database design and relational database principles and practices,
- Knowledge of administration of databases in software development,
- Strong numeric and troubleshooting skills,
