Job Title:        Enrolment Director, Poland
Reports to:    Director Enrolment OIE
Location:       Tricity, Poland

GENERAL SUMMARY:

In a new operational sales contact centre to be established in Tricity, Poland, where the emphasis is very much on quality and gaining results using a consultative approach with customers, this individual will manage, coach and develop Regional Enrolment Managers as well as their sales teams. He/she will act as the primary Enrolment contact for all relevant stakeholders in Poland, Amsterdam and other Laureate locations.
The Enrolment Director, Poland, will be charged with meeting and exceeding sales and revenue budgets for various target regions as well as managing the status of the sales pipeline to accurately forecast results. They will work to ensure that there is clear communication amongst all teams within the Polish office. With the authority to both approve and initiate disciplinary action for non-performers as well as rewarding those that perform, he/she will execute performance reviews for each manager and approve reviews for Enrolment Advisors. He/she will provide strategic thinking to upper management on new initiatives as well as improvements on current processes. The Enrolment Director, Poland, will earn respect and confidence from every level of the organization through clear communication, vision, direction and results.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Manage daily functions of an office consisting of 100-150 telephone sales professionals in the Polish office who are dealing with customers located in various regions.
  • Develop plans in order to meet and exceed sales and revenue targets. 
  •  Review and analyze operational and sales metrics, calculate and analyze business operations including the management of the sales pipeline in order to accurately predict future sales.
  • Develop new strategies for success of sales department.
  • Drive clear communication amongst all internal teams within Polish office.
  • Develop ad-hoc motivational programs to introduce a level of spirited competition within the office. 
  • Develop a culture of team and individual accountability to ensure high quality consultative selling and financial performance.
  • Coach, mentor and develop Regional Enrolment Managers. 
  •  Perform and execute reviews as required by the performance plan.
  • Interview and hire new sales staff.
  • Work with Directors of other sites to develop sales best practices.
  • Partner with functional leaders to develop and implement programs to support business needs.
  • Lead or actively participate in projects initiated to improve processes and add value to the managerial and employee populations throughout the greater Laureate organization. 
  • Work with other divisions to communicate new policies and changes that impact the business.
  • Assist in assigned business reviews and provide information for budgeting process. 
EXPERIENCE: 

  • Bachelors Degree required, Masters preferred. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of outstanding experience in a management level position and 7 years of experience in a consultative sales environment. 
  • Proven successful experience leading and developing telephone sales teams and talents. 
  • Prior experience with strategic planning, process improvement, and guiding teams to exceed sales goals a must.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to review and interpret operational and sales metrics, experience with sales forecasting.
  • Strong results orientation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; effective team and partnering skills; strong problem solving and analytical skills; an entrepreneurial mindset; and strong consultative skills. 
  •  Qualified candidate should be comfortable working with all levels of management and have the ability to influence decision makers at all levels of the organization; excellent interpersonal skills that establish and maintain credibility and relationships with speed.
  • Works in a collaborative style, demonstrates confidence and moves others to action by planning, motivating and organizing work tasks.
  • Experience working in an international environment.
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous, diverse and multicultural environment, with experience in a matrix organization, and be proficient in delivering results within a lean infrastructure.
  • Possesses a high degree of personal integrity and strong work ethic.
  • Has a track record and strong interest in life-long learning.
  • Fluency and strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish. 
  • High energy, excellent follow-up skills, tenacity, and strong relationship building required. 
  •  Must be proficient in MS office applications.
