On behalf of our Client, leading Information Technology Company based in Krakow, we are currently looking for candidates willing to develop their career and become experts in IT field.
 
Holding such position you will be responsible for responding to customers’ queries via phone, e-mail, solving IT related issues, analyzing problems and resolution support, providing feedback to users and supporting other team members.
 
In order to be successful candidate you should be quick learner with strong communication, problem solving and customer facing skills. We are looking for people who are passionate about IT field, have good knowledge of Windows Operating systems, MS Office tools, Internet browsers and who would be able to provide computer support (laptop, desktops, printers). Experience in solving technical problems and knowledge of common desktop applications would be a strong asset. Candidates who are part-time students are welcome to apply, but ability to work full time is a must.
 
To be successful for this position you must be fluent in English and German or in English and French.
