On behalf of our Client, leading International oil & gas company based in Świnoujście, we are currently looking for candidates interested in temporary employment as: HR Generealist
Successful Candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment activities, updating personnel files and employee status changes, administering leaves of absence, payroll preparation, employment contract management, mobility management and developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate should have an excellent command of English, at least five years experience in similar position, knowledge od of polish labour law and labour contract, experience in payroll and recruitment, experience in direct work at construction sites.
Our client offers a challenging job in a professional and multinational environment, dynamic working environment and temporary contract for two years
