On behalf of our Client, leading global technology and IT company operating from about 30 countries, we are currently looking for candidates interested in full-time employment as IT Customer Helpdesk Support with Dutch for Krakow branch.
People from all over the world come to Krakow, cultural and business capital of South Poland, to participate in the growth of the one of the fastest developing business centers in Europe. Krakow is a vibrant city with great cultural and historical dignity, which provides a glorious backdrop to all the fun.
While working on this position you will be responsible for providing 1st or 2nd line support for customers’ via e-mail or telephone, solving IT related issues, providing technical support, preparing analysis, providing feedback to users, maintaining high standards of customer service according to procedures.
Successful Candidate should be fluent in Dutch with working knowledge of English and preferably hold University Degree. Must have experience in using MS Office tools and computer skills. Previous experience in IT field or degree in Computer Science would be perceived as a strong asset. We are looking for several candidates with strong communication and solving-problems skills who are quick learners and self-motivated to solve customers’ issues.
