For our client, international company, we are currently searching for Invoicing and Administartion Specialist.
We expect the Candidates to posses minimum 3 years of experience in similar position; fluency in English (very appreciated if the person can also speak Spanish); good knowledge of invoicing and accountancy, good computer skills, particularly in MS Office, excellent communication skills with a strong sense of customer service, excellent organization skills.
The person we are looking for will be mainly responsible for invoicing, collection of outstanding debt, maintaining integrity of payments and customer satisfaction through proper disputes, preparing offers for new customers.
