Our Client is a recognisable manufacturing company which operates globally.
W are looking for an individual who will contribute to the development of global master data strategy and be key in establishing policy, analyzing and streamlining processes and managing and directing various teams toward effecting that strategy with the resulting savings.Global Process Manager will join the company business unit in the Silesia region.
The Individual will contribute to identify, define, implement and leverage common data definitions and financial processes across all company Business Units. The process scope includes master data as it relates to customers, vendors, chart of accounts, Finance, Sales, Purchasing and possibly Engineering. The postion requires cooperation with Regional Shared Services Operations Managers, utilization of Six Sigma methodology to define, measure, analyze and implement improved master data definitions and process. Global Process Manager assist with the development and implementation of a robust, global SOX and audit environment for the Shared Services Organization
A perfect canidate should have: 6-8 years relevant experience , experience in managing Master Data within the SSC, degree in Accounting or Finance, In depth understanding of shared service mentality, controls and process areas (General Ledger/AP/AR/Fixed Assets/T&E/Payroll), understanding of Sarbanes Oxley requirements, CPA /CMA or Charted Accountatnt, project management expireince, SAP knowledge.
