For our Client, an international business process outsourcing company based in Kraków, we are currently looking for candidates willing to take part in transition to Switzerland and develop professionally in the multicultural environment. When transition is finished, this person will deliver a day to day service for Company’s Client in the office located in Kraków.
On behalf of this exciting organization we are currently looking for experienced professionals with German language skills who would like to hold the position of Recruitment Specialist.
The purpose of this role is to perform transition activities on the Company’s Client’s side. As a transition team member you will be responsible for: delivering required documentation and ensuring that this documentation meets deadlines of the project dates and is of expected quality, cooperating and building relations with the Client for the future delivery, training of remaining delivery team members prior to service go-live.
After the transition your responsibilities will include delivering a high quality day to day service in the area of recruitment to Company’s Client and meeting established deadlines. Also, the important part would be managing of staffing and sourcing processes that includes coordinating and conducting tests, interviews, verification of candidates, administration of the offers and on-boarding processes, maintaining recruitment data and systems. Moreover, you will provide regular and ad hoc reporting to the Client about the recruitment processes, professionally react to the Client requests and queries and continually improve the Client satisfaction.
Successful Candidate should be fluent in English and must possess at least good knowledge of German language, Master’s Degree in HRM or related field would be an advantage. Must have experience in conducting Recruitment Processes, excellent Client facing and communication skills and knowledge of using MS Office. Candidate’s strong assets would be already possessed transition experience, experience in outsourced or shared services environment and experience of using SAP or similar HR systems.
